what can I do to receive emails with very large files attached?

    You can receive e-mails up to the size that your e-mail provider allows. If you want to send anything larger than that you simply can't (so break it up into smaller packages).

    Or as Sharon says, you can use Dropbox or something like that, but that isn't e-mail.
