You regard her as damaged and bitter, and vow not to be so negative yourself.
She'll have been wasting her precious personal energy on complaining and feeling hard done by, when she could instead have been rebuilding her own life.

Hi Martin, spend more time with her. Show and tell her you Love her. Always initiate contact, I.e call her, write her or speak with her.

Nothing. She is the one who is angry. You be your good self.

Walk away, really is the only solution that I have found. It seems that more hold on to this sort of blame game and hate, then grow up and leave it behind.

Simply say that once you become an adult you are in charge of and responsible for your choices concerning your life. Some people today are simply angry about everything. It’s a societal illness.

Tell her to put her big girl pants on, stop living in the past and start building a life and a future for herself.
