But the statement didn't address why Randy was at Epstein's house AFTER Epstein had been convicted of sex offences.
The Queen had nothing to do with the statement.

It would have come from the Palace's Press/Publicity Office, with the approval of HM.

Of course not, it's from the Queen's damage control unit.....the Queen probably stopped issuing personal remarks after Diana's death. She took a PR beating over that one.
