Is women wearing socks with sandals really more socially acceptable than men wearing socks with sandals?

    Socks and sandals are not meant to be worn together.

    Of course, for the last 10 years or so, there is a fad of dressing like a hobo, homeless or idiot, so that’s why you see people wearing them.
