Do i need to upgrade my illinois forever state I.D. by 10/2020 ?
Do I have to upgrade my forever state I.D? I am 83 and live in Chicago I only fly into Dallas, and Phonix Thank you

They give you another year?? I'm in Maryland, and had to get mine this year.

If you already have a "real ID," no. It should have a star on the upper right corner.
If you don't have one, then you'll need one for air traveling if you don't have a passport, so yes, you'll have to upgrade.
You'll need 4 forms of ID for the "real ID". The ID you have now can be one of them.
