I'm afraid I was boring today, and just made grilled hot dogs with fried onions with mustard & ketchup.

Though yesterday I made braised steak in gravy, root mash & broccoli.

Tomorrow I'll be making Pork fillet medallions in mushroom & mustard sauce, Roast potatoes & Spring greens [cabbage].

I haven't cooked yet. Just heated up a few chicken nuggets for lunch. Going downstairs right now to boil some cheese ravioli, have it with marinara sauce, a fresh salad of Boston lettuce and tomato, and some garlic bread.

I roasted a butternut squash, caramelized two large onions and made ginger-squash soup.

I also threw together a fresh pico de gallo and guacamole, grilled some beef tri-tip, pan fried a tortilla and had a glorious steak taco.
