Is shark legal to sell, cook, and consume in Hawaii?
Wikipedia says it's illegal when it comes to finning, but what about the rest of the animal?
I'm talking about shark.

You can do whatever you want as long as you don't get caught or die from Mercury

It is illegal. The reason why Wikipedia states "finning" is because that's what people target. Humans would catch the shark, cut off their fins, then dump the rest back into the ocean leaving the shark to suffer and die.

I was watching the tv show dinner impossible a few days ago. It was filmed at the set of Lost in Hawaii and they served shark so I guess the meat is legal.

You can eat everything except the fin, once you get to the fin you have to toss it back to sea
