I have a friend that take 3 Dayquil everyday and one Nyquil before he sleeps everyday. Is this healthy?

    no it is not. its not harmful if you have sy a cold or the flu, but it is definitely not 'healthy' . because it masks symptoms and does not make your own immune system work. if you were to take meds when you dont need them, all the time, your body wont be able to take care of real threats and if/when you do get sick, it will be worse than if you never had any meds ever

    It's a stupid idea and a waste of DayQuil/NyQuil if he doesn't have a cold. It is only meant to help treat colds.
