Fry it, preferably with olive oil. It will taste better.
But don't overcook it.

Put on socks, then turn on the hairdryer blowing the warmth on your feet. Or a heating pad works unless you have a warm footbath available to you. If you live in a third world country without electricity, then just go with the socks... Good luck.
