The Coronavirus is founded in the city of Wuhan in China. There is more than 1 billion within china, Wuhan doesn't Represent China as a whole. It's like saying New York has the coronavirus, does that mean all of the other states have it as well? No. Because the thing is someone who does have the Coronavirus, we don't know where that person been, who they, meet, where, they visited that could've infected someone and they the cycle begins, we don't know where that person been, who they meet, etc. Anyways, that being said, that's why the Asian countries are taking precautions and limited some airplanes/transportation out the country and diff areas/cities. Going to Taiwan or Japan. I don't think so you could get it, as I said,

No one knows, but a lot depends on how widely the disease spreads. The US today banned entry by Chinese citizens who have been in China during the previous two weeks, and are forcing US citizens who have been in China during the previous two weeks to undergo a two-week quarantine. (the incubation period for the disease is two weeks)

Just depends on the containment or spread of the virus. There is a strong chance though I would say, but we will all just have to wait and see.
