where is thailand?

It is located in the kingdom in Southeast Asia. The country is bordered in west and northwest by Myanmar (Burma), in the south-west by the Andaman Sea, in east and northeast by Lao PDR, in the south-east by Cambodia, in the south by the Gulf of Thailand (an inlet of the South China Sea), and by Malaysia.

Thailand is located in South-East Asia 

Generally located in area known as Southeast Asia. Surrounded by Malaysia and Myanmar on the eastern side. Laos and Cambodia on the western side. with Gulf of Thailand on the southern side. And about 50 miles from the Chinese southern border about 200 miles from Kumming. Bangkok, the capital is at approximately 11 degrees north Latitude which puts it close to the equator which explains why it is so hot in the summer.
