    Not very common.  Like in all capitalist countries, only a small minority can afford one

    A few are owned. You see them at the odd

    times. Car is way to expensive for the average

    Italian. That is why the big run on the Fiat 500

    No, and no. The most common car brand I saw there was Fiat.

    You see them once in a while......but far from  Common. 

    and with the lousy roads here........they would be extremely impractical. 

    and Gridlock traffic......yeah, you look cool as hell,  but it's always funny when someone on a bicycle,  passes a Ferrari,  stuck in traffic. 

    Cool as hell.......but, a total waste of horsepower, since you can never really open them up, even on the highways , the speed limit is a fraction of what a Ferrari can do. 

    They're just nice toys for Millionaires......

    You see them, but not so many people own one. When I lived in Italy, there was an interview with the test drive for Ferrari where he was asked rather he ever took one home at night to drive and he said no he biked to and from work because the Ferrari isn't a very practical everyday car. It's mostly a status symbol there too.

    No. No. Most common cars I've seen have been Fiat and Audi. Opel is still a brand, sort of like Europe's Nissan.
