How would you tell time if you lived in ancient Egypt?

First, the news on TV in Egypt came at different intervals, so there was no need for an EXACT 6:30 news. While building the pyramids, TV was limited to "I Love Lucy" to give a look at life abroad. So Pharoah made "evening news" about when everyone quit working.

To know the weather, it was posted with paperus on every bus stop. "Hot today. Hot tomorrow. No rain in sight." 

The flights to Rome for the Colosseum events were filled and left as soon as the plane was full. There were no terrorists (tell that to the millennial slacker working on the pyramids when the whips fell), so you didn't have to come 2 hours before the flights.

Egyptian women cooked frozen foods starting at sunup, so by the time Akhenaten came from the rock quarry (cutting stone for the pyramids) Gamila had his food done. 12:00 is just an arbitrary and contrary time to eat. If only TV dinners were left in the freezer, a couple hours could be spent dusting and vacuuming or shopping at Cairo Mall for a smart Gucci sweater on clearance beginning at 10 AM.

If your car was in the shop and being repaired, there was no need to time the work to charge for the repair. Costs ranged from one or two bronze coins, one or two silver, or a gold coin for an engine job.

Now seriously, if you continued to read this insanity, the essence follows. Time, EXACTING time, is much more important today than in 3000 B.C. My above examples should make that clear.

i will made a device to tell the time of day by looking at where the sun is and where the sun fall, because i know in the 1800 people never use to have clock and watches to tell time therefore they will look at the sun 

The sun comes up- it is time for you go to work.

The sun goes down- It is time for you go to bed.

If you are hungry it is time for you to eat.

If nature calls it is time for you go find a bush.

What I am saying is no body cared if it was 10 o'clock am or pm!

Using the position of the sun in the sky and both moon and stars at night. I'm sure there were people back then who caught on to this rather than believing in gods that controlled such events.
