Anyone know what kind of resistor this is?

It also has a 3w on it, an M in a square, and the number 70. At least that's what it looks like. I could only post one picture for some reason. Please and thanks!

    I think I can make out this "1.0Ω 5%"

    as for the "3W", it's small to be 3W... those are about 3/4 inch long at a minimum. What is the length....

    I'd say it is a 1.0Ω 5% 3W resistor if the length matches.  The rest is brand specific and can be ignored.
