Will the Beijing 2022 Olympics replace the Tokyo 2020 Olympics in 2022?

No. Beijing 2022 Olympics will not replace the Tokyo 2020 Olympics in 2022

Situation will tell the answer, but possibly not

No because the Beijing Games are Winter Games, Tokyo was hosting summer. They may do both that year though if 2021 is still not safe for Tokyo due to the Pandemic. 

Those are the Winter Olympics in Beijing. They will not replace the summer Olympics.

That's doubtful unless Tokyo has Olympics in 2021.  Beijing is not in a position at present to be butting into the Tokyo Olympics, but it is possible to have successive annual Olympics two years in a row, one the belated Tokyo, the other the scheduled Beijing.
