How can I take a gap year in highschool? (Tennessee)?
School has always been intensely horrible for my mental health, however, with the added pandemic I don't think I could push myself through this year. I already end up with depression throughout the school year. Therapy and medication have not worked for me in the past, and with me being immunocompromised I feel it would be best to take a gap year, especially with my mental health currently being at an all-time high. Is there any way to do this?

Yeah. Do at home online schooling. It's available everywhere because of the Wuhan Virus.
