Probably tacos, but who knows.
I’m in California and near the current fires and it’s going to be another hot one so I won’t want to do much cooking. I have wonderful spicy pork, carnitas, Barbacoa and chicken all in cooked small serving batches I make ahead and freeze. I have all the cabbage, garden tomatoes, cheese, salsa, sour cream, olives, anything I need and I picked up corn tortillas from my favorite tortilla bakery yesterday.
I’ll probably even use my comal on the grill for the tortillas and heat the meat in the micro so I won’t be adding any heat to the house. With luck, I’ll have my friend over for a glass of wine or three and tacos.

Quick easy meal open a can of Dinty Moore Beef Stew add onions a little salt cook on stove, than pour like gravy over a bed of cooked Uncle Bens rice. OOWee whata delight. *Cook beef stew and rice in separate pots.

Nothing.
Due to extreme obesity, my doctor advised me to do intermittent fasting. That means no dinners except on "treat days" (Saturdays). You may say I could cheat but as fate would have it, my doctor is also my wife.

Making homemade shrimp tacos. I will peel and wash the shrimp, medium heat with some olive oil, place them in the pan, season with salt, pepper, pinch of cayenne, chili, and cumin, a good squirt of lime, and let them cook for 3-4 minutes. Serve them up with street taco tortillas, lettuce, avocado, and fresh pico.
