2013 Subaru wrx clutch ?

After replacing the clutch car clicks but won’t turn over 

Update:

After replacing the clutch car is making Rapid clicking noise coming from the starter but won’t turn over

    Charge the battery with a portable battery charger set to 12 volts, 10 amps, for 6 hours. Make sure you put the battery negative cable back on the tranny.

    Make sure the clutch is "pumped" up and the transmission is in neutral. Check that reserve tank for the clutch. The line also needs to be bled for the clutch release mechanism to work.

    Get a jump.  Car starts, get the battery charged and load tested.  No start with jump, remove the starter and bench test it.
