Swim Sets to help with weight loss question! :)?
I recently started swimming regularly (5-6 days a week) in October 2019 (minus the four months the gym was closed).
I normally swim about 1100-1300m per workout.
I did have a question about swim sets. I have been building a lot of muscle lately I have not really lost a lot of weight.
I was wondering if anyone here had some swim sets that I could do to facilitate weight loss?

Weight loss is 80% about what you're eating, not about exercise. But exercise is great for us - keeps our hearts, lungs, muscles strong. If a person is already losing weight, exercise will boost the metabolism and could possibly speed up the process, but it's not a guarantee.
Try a low carb way of eating such as the Ketogenic Diet. I have been using it for years. I lost my weight a long, long time ago, but it's the natural human diet.
