No, People cannot find your House with just it's Picture, since there are many Houses that are similar to yours.

If I had your address I could probably look that up on any number of real estate sites.

Anyone can find anybodies house online with a matter of ease as long as they are above the age of 18. Its really not too difficult but if you want to make sure that people can't find it, then open up a PO box for mail, opt out of services like white pages, and make sure to scrub exif data off of all photos that you message or email to people (social media apps do it automatically)
