What's happening to my cat?

My cat, Nora, is 8 months old. Is that the time when they give babies? Also, it's starting to go everywhere in the house, places it never went before. It looks like it's looking for a spot. Why? And also it's spending most of the day going out and sleeping at the very corner of my bed. It's hard to get her out. May I please know why?

Cats can have kittens from just 4 months old. If you haven’t already please consider getting Nora spayed. This will prevent pregnacies which has a range of health benefits for her and the wider benefit is that there won’t be even more homeless kittens. I’m no expert but maybe she is in heat or going into heat and that’s why she is behaving the way she is. You should take her to see a vet.

First of all, get her fixed. The world doesn't need more kittens. Second, she's just growing up and exploring, learning about her environment. Third, the way you refer to her as 'it' sounds very degrading and you should care about your cat more. It's not hard to research this, a simple google search would've told you the answer.
