then that is the answer.
If you use Yahoo Answers, you might as well get used to having 'problems'
It's always been full of never ending glitches.

One day a week, at random it seems to work.

I've only seen them twice for a few seconds on my phone. I don't think I'm missing anything by them not working. The feature must be poorly configured.

Some have not seen it work for six months or more. So, either Verizon does not know how to fix it or they could care less.
