My cousin wants to sell my house and won't leave me slonr?

    No one can sell your house,if it is in your name and not their name

    Unless your cousin's name is on the mortgage or the deed of the house or is mentioned in the?Will of the family member you inherited the house from, your cousin cannot sell your house. Don't let this cousin force you out of the house, even if it means getting a lawyer. Family members can be your worst enemies.

    More to it than just that.  Nobody can sell your house except you. (Registered owner).
