I am sure this is homework, but words define what we can even consider, and define what is important (to the speaker) and unique about a thing or act. Even the general word order employed by the language defines how things are arranged in importance.
Thus, by defining what is available to consider (to even think) and by defining how things are seen in terms of importance, the world-view of the speaker is affected.

there probably are entire books about the topic....
Not all languages have words for the exact same things, and it's easier to think about things that you do have words for.
Some languages have no numerals over 2.
Some languages have no words for left or right, but use words like east and south.
Dutch has a word for stubborn/pigheaded when it's a good thing. There's a verb for "not speaking". There's a verb for "not begrudging that someone has/gets something". We don't have a word for "rant" because ranting is not part of our culture.
Some cultures are so promiscuous that they have no word for "virgin".
Believing that the expression "to make money" is appropriate may prevent you from truly understanding capitalism
