    Man what terrible questions.  IF this is an actual class assignment the teacher should be fired.

    OF COURSE both questions can be argued.  ANY question, an issue, any position can be argued.   Even if the basic premise is patently wrong or false, one can mount an arguement.

    Next - does the asker want to receive an answer based on an ethical point of view or, as the questions ask - a moral assessment?    There is a distinct difference between ethical and moral justifications.
