What level of schools do children go to ie primary to secondary?  ?

What are all the schools that children go to now, because when I was at school I went to middle school but I don't think they go to them now do they?

I meant to say in England what are etc

    In the USA students go from elementary school to middle school, then to high school.

    Middle school can be called junior high school. 

    There may be some area across the US  where there is a low student population and they do not have a separate building for middle school grades.
