Can I exchange a used candle to Bath and Bodyworks?
I bought a candle from Bath and Bodyworks on Black Friday and I'm really not a fan of the scent. It's only been burned a couple of times, there's maybe 1/2 of wax evaporated off the top. I know they have a complete satisfaction guarantee, but I don't know if they have any conditions, like how long ago it was purchased, how used it is, etc. I'm going to go back on Boxing Day and try to exchange it for another candle (I have the receipt too). Will they accept it?

Yankee Candle has a jar for jar exchange, you don’t like it you can exchange it. Pretty sure BBW would do that for you too. The semi annual sale would be going on starting the 26th.

Check their return policy, or call them up and ask if you're able to return or exchange the candle.
Most places usually don't allow you to return some thing that has been used. If they allow it then they may end up writing the item off, if it's been used before returning it.

No, my stupid sister tried this ! And they laughed her out the door, and I don't blame them! Question can you return underwear you wore several times, and now they have a skid mark, so now you don't want them, you want to exchange for a skid free pair!? NO!

You can exchange it. I exchanged my 3 year old food processor for a newer model at no extra charge.
