My food stamp caseworker wouldn't return my calls so how do I report her?

I called like 9 times and I remember leaving at least 2 voicemails. I needed to schedule a hearing because they claimed we weren't eligible anymore despite him being the only one working. Now I owe $308 in food stamps because that freaking moron wouldn't answer. She claimed they sent that letter the beginning of February 2020, but I didn't receive it until like mid March. I have proof I called and she said she never got any of those voicemails. This bs is why I didn't want to ask for help in the first place.

Update:

I'm a stay at home mom and during the time of food stamp use, I was pregnant again. My husband had just found a new job and we only needed at least 6 months of help. They honestly don't care if you have bills or not.

Report her to the supervisor & to that other anonymous answerer: shut up and worry about your own life instead of a random stranger who's getting the help they need.

Source(s): Your taxes isn't doing S H I T and aren't THAT important since people all over the country are STILL struggling to get by!

If you have a beef with your caseworker, you can contact their supervisor. You can even walk into their office and demand to be seen. But be careful, they might have you arrested for trespassing or creating some sort of disturbance.

I'd advise not getting pregnant again and asking me to use my taxes to support you.  I'd suggest that you call every hour on the hour until you get a response.

Good luck getting them to do anything over the telephone go to the food stamp website and find where it says request a hearing. Fill out the form from there they'll give you a number that shows you filed for a hearing and in a month or so you should hear about what date you're hearing will be conducted
