    Absolutely.  Download the Audubon Birding app (free) or any other birding app.  Some will make bird calls and actually attract the birds.  Best of luck.

    Yes. You can get many MANY apps that play shoot sounds. Scare the living heck out of em. Those fools work for the fbi anyhow. Screw em all and watch em die.

    Depends on the birds your trying to watch. If its real birds then yes, its ok. If its human females then no, it might get you in trouble.

    Sure, if you have a good zoom on your camera.  If you're not already familiar with birds in your area, download an app for that purpose.

    Why not?

    I use Instagram so I dont have to travel the world. Its at my fingertips from someone elses camera.
