How many laptops can bring in checked luggage?

How many laptops can you bring through checked-in luggage if they are for donations? Does it depend on the airlines and/or country’s customs rules? As far as I know there isn’t actually a limitation on quantity for flights, checked-in or carry-on.

You can bring as many as you want.

My only recommendation is that you make sure that there is enough padding for each of the units. Checked baggage is handled by an automated baggage handling system at most airports. So your baggage containing the laptops may get jarred a number of times.

The airlines don't care what you  or how many of anything you bring so long as it is not a safety concern.

It will be a question that your inbound country's customs will ask you though and import duty may be payable.

There isn't a limit, but you'll have to pay customs duties at your destination.

It'd depend on the country's custom rules. If they're for a donation, you might need something in writing from the charity to confirm it.
