    I meet aliens almost every day.  An alien is just someone from another country who is in your country.   If you mean an EXTRA-TERRESTRIAL alien, then f-ing SAY SO!  As no one has ever met one, I suppose I'd try to make meaningful contact & get it verified.  Then, I'd bask in the glory of my 15 minutes of fame.
