What is this song?

I have a song stuck in my head but I can't remember the lyrics or title.

Its a deep female voice that is kinda echoey and it seems like it could be from the 70s? Kinda sounds like:

    Nope, neither of those. It's very dramatic. Not country or pop. It's mostly vocal.
