Why are there so many dumb Trump supporters still allowed to walk the streets without taking their medication?

Well, the problem is that in America their is no FREE medical aid.

These poor people simply can’t afford the medicines that they need to get their heads straight!if only they lived elsewhere such as Britain, France, Germany or Australia, they could get help.

They did have the help ( Obama gave it to them but the nasty sociopath Trump took it away again AFTER they voted for him) so it is their own fault!
