Do you think autistic people prefer to be around other autistics?

Well, I'm on the spectrum, and I can't say I care either way. Everyone's good company if they're willing to be good people.

Yes. I’m autistic and I believe that autistics and neurotypicals need to keep to their own kind socially, as evidenced by the ignorance of the answer below me. I would never be close friends with anyone who was neurotypical.

Not necessarily, just around people they know well. 

No. Even autistic people can’t stand autistic people. Nobody likes autistic people.
