Can’t orgasm during sex with partner ?

I’m a guy. I can keep an erection during the whole period of sex, but before I can orgasm my girlfriend gets tired or I get tired. I can orgasm from masturbation but it takes awhile. This makes sex for me feel like a chore. Please if anyone knows what to do to help this I’ll appreciate it.

Talk dirty,  watch porn while your with her,  have her stick her finger up your azz and tickle your prostate.

If your partner is open minded, you might consider getting some kind of sex toy to aid in giving yourself an orgasm.

Waiting a 5 - 7 days helps the intensity for both. Too much too often its becomes boring like scrubbing the toilet or washing dishes. Eating healthier and exercising for cardiovascular health will make a difference too. Lift weights and do push ups. If using condoms find  better birth control methods and toss the condoms in the trash.

Do more foreplay before diving in. She needs to get warmed up and start lubricating to keep from becoming sore before things get much underway. Knock off the masturbating so your sensitivity comes back. Jacking off burned out your diiik. Her body is not going to be like a dry fist, and it's too bad you've acclimated yourself to that. All is not lost, if you just let your body rest for a week or two sensitivity can come back. Another thing; don't crush her. Bear some of your own weight off her so she can breathe. Keep your mind on how good she makes you feel, rather than trying to force her get her off. Some women don't get off every time, yet that can make the next time better. It might help to start off with her on top so she can show you how to hit her good spots and if she gets tired , you should catch your breaths and change positions.  Women are not all the same. You two need to take time to learn each other's preferences.
