Intimidating tactics from shop works, that came to my place of work , where do I stand legally uk ?
I complained to the supermarkets HR department about how the staff member spoke to me , she was so rude even another member of the public came said how rude she was. Today at work , to of the supermarkets managers came to my place of work to speak to me about it and depending I apologies to her. Lucky for my this random member of the public came to my work place , to explain what happened to me , as I was in uniform with my company logo on. I now feel awkward and upset to go to work , I do feel intimidated by this whole situation , what can I do ? should report back to the supermarkets HR department about what happened ?

Very odd that managers should come to your place of work. Which supermarket was it? You should complain to their Head Office, not the store.

Before I answer, what does "depending I apologies to her" mean? I find it odd that a "random member of the public came to your work place to explain what happened to you." None of this makes sense. Why don't you quit and find another job more suited to your talents?
