I’m gonna be the only High Honors student without a blue tassel at graduation...what do I do?

Naturally, the students with High Honors and good grades are in National Honor Society. Except for me. I was invited to join but didn’t. At graduation, those in NHS wear a blue tassel. I’m gonna be the only one with High Honors that doesn’t wear one. It’s embarrassing.

Grow up. A tassel will not change your life.

You didn't join the organization the tassel represents. That's not anyone's fault but yours.

What do you do?  Nothing.  There's nothing to do at this point.  You should have joined when you had the chance if this is going to bother you that much.  I doubt anyone notices that you're the only honor student not wearing one (if that's even the case).

You are not in the NHS. So you don’t get a tassel. You had the opportunity and didn’t take it.

You sure every honor student joined the NHS?

No one is going to care if you have a blue tassel or don’t
