Depends. Most often not but they can get a notification if they asked for it so don't buy anything stupid because I did and my mom found out that I bought *** cream on eBay because it was way cheaper. I can say that it was a scam because it was really hard and not smooth at all.

No they can't. Its connected to your account, and unless they look at your internet history or account history they can't see your purchases.
