Sensitive viewers ⚠️!

I fiddled too much with my nail the other day and it has now swollen and turned into this. What’s the best way to heal this?

Put larch ointment on the spot. Iodine is good, too.

Stop messing with it, put some antiseptic cream on it, and let it grow out.

Also, the very obvious ridges and valleys across it indicate you have a very poor diet.

That could be causing all sorts of health problems, as well as weakening your nails and hair.

If its showing signs of infection see a doctor. Some nail problems slowly grow out and go away. The other nail problems need a specialist.

Cover it with a plaster or tape, so you can't touch it.
