Do you think that pubs and restaurants will ever be allowed to fully re-open or do you think that most of 'em will stay closed permanently?
Can you see any light at the end of the tunnel for these kinds of businesses or not?

I think unfortunately most will go under before they can reopen at full capacity.

Eventually they will be allowed to reopen fully, but that will take time and many will have gone out of business.
