Why is James Bond Never Say Never Again so expensive? ?

I thought it was just about everyones least favorite Bond movie next to On Her Majesty's secret Service yet it's like $60 on Amazon. I found it for $14 on ebay, but still find it strange that it costs so much

    This often happens to DVD/BluRay titles that go out of print in terms of new product.

    Note that the actual seller isn't Amazon.

    Why should it cost any less than the others? Retail prices aren't about popularity.
