A = [3*(3)^(1/2)/4]*r^2 Area equilateral triangle = 459.132 cm^2
A = of a Circle = pir^2 = 1109.8 cm^2
the area of the three segments surrounding the triangle = pir^2 - [3*(3)^(1/2)/4]*r^2
1109.8 - 459.132 = 650.668 cm^2

(a)
R = 18.8, radius of circle
R = a/sqrt(3)
a = R*sqrt(3)
a = 18.8*sqrt(3)
a^2 = 1060.32
A = (sqrt(3)/4)a^2
A = (sqrt(3)/4)*1060.32
A = 265.08*sqrt(3) cm^2
A =~ 459.13202807035799296825547620638 cm^2
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Equilateral_triangle
(b)
Area of circle: pi * 18.8^2 = 353.44*pi
Area of triangle: 256.08*sqrt(3)
Area of circle outside the triangle:
353.44*pi - 256.08*sqrt(3) =~ 666.82093668253842487572821825348
