spam phone calls.  I have several times a day for weeks on end. and on my land line, it tells me spam risk. I live with my answering machine on and they do not even leave a message. be careful of the user pearl, she has two accounts and will answer a question using both accounts saying the same thing and then say she only has one account

They are hunting for unused numbers to use for scamming from, not that they care, or for active numbers to add to a list so they can sell them.

I have no idea.  But I have gotten to the point that I never answer the phone unless I recognize the number.  If it is an important call they'll leave a message, and if it's another of the million scam calls, I don't need to be bothered with it.
