Although there's no cure for type 2 diabetes, studies show it's possible for some people to reverse it. Through diet changes and weight loss, you may be able to reach and hold normal blood sugar levels without medication.

Only if the diet is corrected right away and within 6mo, but even that isn't a law.
Whole foods and water is the correct human diet.

There is a HUGE difference between "cured" and "controlled".
Once you are on the path to diabetes, you MIGHT be able to change your diet and reverse the problems.
HOWEVER - if you return to old habits - then the risks for diabetes will return. This means it is NOT "cured" and it did NOT "go away". It means that the person changed enough bad habits to CONTROL diabetes without using any medication.
The other problem is that type 2 diabetes can happen just because of age and it can happen because of heredity. There IS a hereditary factor to developing type 2 diabetes. If the reason someone is developing type 2 is because of those risks, then diet alone might not be enough to reverse it.

No. Please ignore anyone?who says Type 2 diabetes can be cured. Type 2 diabetes can managed without medication by diet, exercise and physical activity. That IS NOT A CURE.

it can be reversed or vastly improved by adopting the Ketogenic way of eating as a lifestyle. It's a proven fact.
