Seriously, what would happen if you burned a Quebec flag/drapeau in Quebec?

The English/minorities in Montreal would approve and give the thumbs up. Only some 80 year olds with the seperatist mindset would flip out. The young Quebecois wouldn't give a damn, as they see the flag as "just a piece of cloth", and that they're Americanized in general.

Quebecois, especially the young, don't really give a damn about anything. This isn't Scotland, Ireland or the US where people are very passionate and sensitive and aggressive.

Burning a flag is an American thing.  In Canada, burning is the proper way to get rid of a flag.  Some Americans came to Canada (Kingston, Ontario), and burned Canadian flags thinking it was a protest.  Canadians did not even really notice, which confused the Americans for sure.  It would be the same in Quebec.  In all of Canada, a flag is literally "just a piece of cloth."
