how do you print out your video from a video camera that has a memory card and thats it?

You don't print video!  Are you asking how to extract a frame from a video, how to print a still taken on a video camera, something else?

Remove the memory card from the camera and put it into a card reader.  

Both of my laptops have built-in SD card readers, so it's very easy. 

If your konfuzer doesn't have a card reader, get one;��

they are cheap and simply connect to a USB port.     

Use a photo editing program to prepare your pix for printing and to send the results to a printer. 

Alternatively, you can put the card directly into a photo printer at a store.   

Some CVS and Walgreens locations have such machines.
