I think is better to just pack up and go etc . Don't let someone tell you u can't etc . Some people have to runaway

You could probably hit yourself hard enough to hurt but it would be hard to do a lot of damage (unless you hit a sensitive area). It's difficult to hit yourself hard without using a weapon because of the mechanics (you can't take a proper swing or put your hips into it).
