WHY DOES YAHOO FINANCE UNABLE TO CREATE PORTFOLIO?

    Yahoo Finance has been broken for YEARS. Verizon doesn't want to use the resources and personnel it would take to fix it and the haven't been able to find anyone to sell Yahoo Finance to.

    One thing to check is to make sure you are in a desktop mode.
