Why am I getting prettier?

Question

I’ve been getting so many comments saying that my face is getting “prettier”. I don’t go out into the sun as much since COVID. My skincare routine has always been the same and I still eat unhealthy and don’t exercise. 
I am in my early 20’s btw

Pretty people get worse looking as they get older.  Ugly people look better as they get older.  I don't know what happens to people who are pretty ugly.
