What Country suits my needs? ?

I'm looking for the specifics in a country: 

Low taxes 

Has good views and fun places 

Crypto-friendly 

Eco-friendly 

Low homicide rating 

LGBTQ+ friendly 

Good education 

Decent Healthcare. 

Any suggestions?

And also education for autistic kids.

    The closest is the US which has the lowest tax rates of advanced nations

    You forgot the most important part, your profession. Different countries will issue work visas for different occupations and if you don't qualify for a work visa and don't have a spouse/immediate family member to sponsor you you won't be immigrating.
